Before the payment can be processed, we have a few housekeeping items to address so that you are fully aware and agree on the details of the session.
Most people like me to come to visit them in their own home if you would like this, that would be great. I will come to any place where you have a space that’s comfortable and unoccupied without any excess noise or people as that would be a distraction to the session. I will go to any place within the Austin and San Antonio area..
Do you live in the Austin or San Antonio area?yes or no.?
(If no, where do you live what city I can quote you a special rate to visit you outside of the area for my travel ) alternatively I might be able to recommend a different practitioner for you. That’s closer to you

do you have a space where you can lie down and I can sit next to you so that we could do the session ? If yes, describe the space and what room of the house is it in?
Have you ever had hypnosis in the past ?
if yes, what for? was your problem resolved yes or no are you looking?
Reservation room
if you do not have a space where we could meet in your house for our session are you able to and willing to book a room in a local hotel so that we could have the session there? Please let me know that here and I will contact you so that we can discuss how to proceed
For those of you who would like to visit me in my own home for the session in new Braunfels, Texas. I will give you the address and directions of where you can visit for the session within 24 hours of the session.
Agreement
The session for QHHT must be done in person. Only the session will take a total of five hours the first hour or hour and a half is the interview portion. The next two hours is the actual session with a final 30 minutes to an hour to Debrief after the session you will receive a recording digital MP3 from your QHHT session you are recommended to listen to the recording repeatedly for continued healing after the session is over. You are also recommended to eat a meal sooner after the session because of the length of time that you will be busy.

You will receive an email after our session request requesting the testimonial review. Please submit your testimonial review as soon as possible after your session.

I understand that QHHT does not claim to heal or cure any disease or problem. I take responsibility for my own healing. I hold harmless Catherine Minns from any accident or injury that occurs during a session on anytime we are meeting, including online.
Cancellation policy
I understand that my payment for the session will not be refunded if I cancel less than 24 hours of the scheduled session. Alternatively one reschedule opportunity will be allowed if I cancel within at least 24 hours of my session.
